Calcedo is performing slab on metal decks. The exterior wall framing and sheathing is heavy gauge stud framing. The interior wall construction consists of masonry and drywall work, along with interior finishes. 

The work is being done based upon an accelerated schedule, which involves working closely with the Construction Management Team and the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corp. The facility will consist of 40,000 s.f. of warehouse space and 60,000 s.f. of office space.
